In March 2021, we consulted on the Reserved Matters Applications for Phase 3b and Phase 5, which are seeking to deliver the final major infrastructure elements of Mindenhurst, including a new sports hub, allotments, town park, green open spaces, and an upgrade to the old DIO road network.
